Dem Vorstand obliegt die Leitung des Vereines. Er ist das Leitungsorgan im Sinne des Vereinsgesetzes 2002. Ihm kommen alle Aufgaben zu, die nicht durch die Statuten einem anderen Vereinsorgan zugewiesen sind.
